Sri Subrahmanya temple of Halasuru (Ulsoor), located a km north-east of MG Road, Bengaluru, is more than 800 years old (12th century CE).
The temple is close to Halasuru metro station.
The deity, also known as Ananda Murugan, is said to be a replica of Murugan at Thiruthani Temple, Tamilnadu. The mandapam has a sculpture of sage Mandavya.
