Rameshwara Temple, Thirthahalli, Karnataka is located 61 km south-west of Shivamogga, and 32 km north-east of Agumbe.
TheTemple situated on the banks of Tunga river is said to have been established by Sage Sri Parashurama.
The temple built in 17th century CE is renovated recently.
