Thoopul Vedantha Desikar Temple, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, is located 2 km south of Sri Kamakshi Amman Temple.
It’s the birthplace of the renowned, revered 13th century Saint, and Poet Sri Vedantha Desikar.
The Temple / Mantapam was established around 14th century.
The walls and pillars are adorned with subtle bas-reliefs and carvings that depict the life and works of the Saint.
