Thrickodithanam Vishnu temple – Changanassery, located 22 Km south of Kottayam is one of the ancient, revered, reputed Panchapandava temples in Kerala. It’s also one of the 108 Divyadesams.
The temple is replete with stone carvings, wall inscriptions, hymns, mural wall paintings, and intricate wooden carvings.
The temple built around 7th Century CE in Kerala architectural style has 2 flag masts (Dhwaja Sthambhams) on the east and west entrances.
The Atbhuta Narayana idol in the temple is supposed to have been worshipped by Sahadeva.
