Panachikkadu Saraswathy Temple, Kerala is located 10 km south of Kottayam.
Also known as Dakshina Mookambika, it’s ancient, and one of the prominent Saraswati temples in the country. The pratishta is open to sky with perennial spring water underneath and creepers of Saraswati leaves all around.
Many people come here for Vidyarambham (ritual start of education) of their children, especially on Vijayadashami day.
