Omkareshwar Parikrama in Mandhata island, Omkareshwar, Madhya Pradesh is about 6 km long with clearly marked walking path. It involves (moderate) climbing of the Mandhata hill and the descent.
Throughout the walk, it offers beautiful views of river Narmada, the Sangam, the hills, and Omkareshwar Dam.
There are several Temples and monuments of archaeological importance on the parikrama marg – including Mukteshwar Temple, Gauri Somnath temple, Shiva statue, Adi Shankara statue, Siddhanath temple, and Dharmaraj Dwar.
