Lalbagh Palace is located 3 km south of Rajwada Palace, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. It’s spread over 28 Acres on the banks of river Saraswati.
Built by Holkar dynasty in phases from 1886 to 1926, the family was residing in the palace till 1978. The palace is ornamented with Italian marble columns, grand chandeliers, Persian carpets, Belgian stained glass windows, Greek reliefs, Italian wall paintings, and Georgian-style furniture.
Currently it’s a museum.
