The National Military Memorial, Bengaluru, is established by Government of Karnataka, is dedicated to the soldiers who laid down their lives for the country.
A series of granite plaques have been etched with the names of 22,000 war heroes. Adjacent to this is a magnificent 65 m high flagpole with Indian Flag.
The park also features open-air display of a fighter jet, tank, and missiles.
Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium is on the opposite side of the road.
Indira Gandhi Musical Fountain Park is adjacent. Cubbon Park is nearby.
