Lakshmi Venkateshwara Temple, Bangaru Tirupati, is located in Guttahalli, Karnataka, 106 km east of Bengaluru.
The temple is perched on top of a small hillock, accessible through steps. Padmavathi temple is situated on top of an adjacent hillock.
It’s said that Sage Bhrighu performed his Tapas (penance) here.
