Gauri Somnath Mandir is located on the Mandhata hill, Omkareshwar, Madhya Pradesh, on the Omkareshwar parikrama marg.
Built in 11th century during Parmar times, the mandir is 3-storied and constructed in a pancharath form. It has a large 6-feet tall Lingam and Nandi made of black granite.
The outer walls are replete with sculptures and carvings.
