Sri Panamudheeswarar Temple, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, is located 3 km south of Sri Kamakshi Amman Temple.
This ancient Temple was built by Pallavas in 7th – 8th century CE, and later renovated in Chola times.
Architecturally, the Temple follows a classical Dravidian style with a gopuram facing east. A distinctive feature of this Temple is its association with Rahu and Kethu, making it a key spot for Naga Dosha poojas.
The Temple walls have loads of inscriptions.
