Ek Mukhi Datta Mandir is located 5 km west of Maheshwar, Madhya Pradesh, at Jalkoti, near Sahastradhara.
Built in recent times, the Temple is also known as Shiv Datta Dham. This is one of the 4 Shree Datta Dhams.
