Anuvavi Subramanya Thirukovil, Periya Thadagam, Tamilnadu is located 18 km north-west of Coimbatore.
Set amidst the green northern slopes of the Marudhamalai Hills, the Temple is an ancient one, established by Karikala Chola in 2nd century CE.
The temple can be reached by climbing around 500 steps. A further flight of 100 steps takes us to the Arunachaleswarar Temple.
The Temple offers beautiful views of the hills and surrounding areas.
Anjaneyar Nandha Vanam and the Hanuman statue are located at the foothill.
