Jambuvan (Jambavan) cave is located at Ranavav, Gujarat, 18 km north-east of Porbandar.
Jambuvan Cave is a natural cave formation. Water droplets dripping from the roof keeps the space humid and alive.
Jambuvan Cave has more than 50 Shivalingas, many of them formed naturally.
This is said to be the cave where Jambavan, the bear-king, was residing and fought with Lord Sri Krishna over the Syamantaka jewel. That way it’s 5000 plus years old.
